    2.1 Eligibility & Accounts

    To use the Platform, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old; or
    • Be under 18 but have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

    You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

    We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws.

    2.4 Prohibited Behaviour

    You agree not to:

    We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

    We may also suspend or terminate the Platform or any part of it at our discretion.

    2.6 Payments & Refunds

    Where applicable, payment terms, fees, and refund policies will be presented at the time of purchase and form part of these Terms. Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

    2.7 Disclaimers

    The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Immerse Educational Services Ltd. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the Platform, nor that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

    2.8 Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Immerse Educational Services Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.

    Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed £100 or the amount you paid to us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.
