The Mini-MBA introduces you to the fundamentals of business, from entrepreneurship and marketing to finance and strategy. It is designed for students who want to understand how organisations work and how ideas are turned into ventures, with a focus on applied learning and real-world case studies to build the knowledge and confidence to think and act like a business leader.
The Mini-MBA introduces you to the fundamentals of business, from entrepreneurship and marketing to finance and strategy. It is designed for students who want to understand how organisations work and how ideas are turned into ventures, with a focus on applied learning and real-world case studies to build the knowledge and confidence to think and act like a business leader.
Intensive two-week study of strategy, marketing, finance and operations through case studies, data analysis, seminars, simulations and workshops. Practical work includes preparing and delivering pitches, responding to case simulations, and collaborating in teams to develop business ideas, plans and recommendations. Social programme includes full-day trips on Wednesdays and Sundays (e.g., Canterbury and Central London).
