The English Pathways programme at Cambridge is designed for students who want to strengthen communication skills and confidence in English. It builds reading, writing, speaking, and listening through realistic contexts and topics connected to university life and global issues.
The English Pathways programme at Cambridge is designed for students who want to strengthen communication skills and confidence in English. It builds reading, writing, speaking, and listening through realistic contexts and topics connected to university life and global issues.
Two weeks of practical English learning focused on vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, academic writing, discussion skills, and presentation techniques; collaborative pair/group work with debates, role-plays, text analysis, projects, and presentations; fieldwork in Cambridge observing real-world English use; “Time to Shine” public-speaking showcase.
20 hours of academic content per week (interactive seminars + practical workshops)
Group projects culminating in the “Time to Shine” ceremony
Fieldwork in the city with tutor guidance
Dedicated academic coaching (including UK university application support)
Certificate of Achievement & optional Letter of Reference
Cambridge Challenge Lab
Optional Trinity Communication Skills qualification (up to 12 UCAS points at Grade 6)
